kap academy program

The 2025–2026 Academy Program is addressed to children born between 2021 and 2008 who wish to develop their basketball skills as members of a sporting family that fosters the values of teamwork, continuous improvement, and Fair Play.

The program, as designed by KAP’s experienced technical staff, follows the guidelines and direction of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (EOK). It aims at the development of specific athletic skills for each age group and ensures that the children’s athletic development is balanced and supports both their physical and mental growth.

We are confident that by the end of the season, the children, in addition to having enjoyed an amazing competitive year, will be happy and satisfied, as they will have improved in all areas.

We, the technical team and the management of KAP, are committed to being by the children’s side every day, supporting them and helping them achieve their goals.

Athletic Season 2025–2026

The 2025–2026 athletic season lasts 9 months, from 13/09/2025 to 14/06/2026, and is divided into three trimesters:
1st trimester: 13/09/2025 to 14/12/2025
2nd trimester: 15/12/2025 to 14/03/2026
3rd trimester: 15/03/2026 to 14/06/2026

Academy training sessions do not take place on official public holidays, as well as on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Training sessions do take place on working days during the school holiday periods of Christmas and Easter.

KAP Academy Registration Process

For an athlete to participate in the KAP Academy, the following steps are required:

  1. Online application for the guardian’s registration with the club and the athlete’s enrollment in the KAP Academy.

  2. Acceptance of the internal operating regulations and the GDPR declaration.

  3. Payment of the guardian’s club registration fee.

  4. Submission of a validated Athlete Health Card.

  5. Registration of the guardian and the athlete on the MyTeam platform, which supports basic club operations, according to the relevant instructions.

  6. Registration of the guardian and the athlete on the Hellenic Basketball Federation (EOK) online platform, according to the relevant instructions.

  7. Participation in KAP’s Viber communication communities.

  8. Timely payment of subscriptions.
