KAP’s vision is to inspire young athletes in the wider area to recognize and develop their full athletic potential, achieving success and excellence both as individuals and as a team.
KAP is a non-profit sports club. All revenue generated through membership fees, sports academy fees, grants from the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi, and sponsorships from private organizations and companies is used exclusively to support the club’s sporting activities.
We are always happy to welcome into our family anyone who shares our belief in our mission and values and wishes to contribute to our efforts in any capacity — from the simplest role to, why not, the most demanding management position!
The athletes, coaches, and members of Basketball Agia Paraskevi (KAP) share a love of basketball, a willingness to contribute, and a strong belief in the value of participation.
Our mission is to build strong ties between the club and the local community, providing an organized environment for sports, personal development, and social interaction. We aim to offer young people and athletes the support, facilities, and expertise they need to develop their basketball skills and reach a high level of performance.
Giving back to society through basketball is an integral part of the club’s mission and activities. We focus on initiatives that benefit our city and the wider community.
Under the motto “Basketball for All,” and in collaboration with scientific and specialized organizations, we engage our members, athletes, and supporters in designing and implementing initiatives and programs that address social exclusion in basketball education and promote social inclusion and support.

Our goals for the 2025–2028 period are to develop complete teams across all junior age categories (U9 to U18), competing successfully in all relevant ESΚΑ championships and tournaments, with a positive win-loss record.
We also aim to compete successfully in the senior National Divisions (NL1 and NL2).
We develop a spirit of teamwork in all activities.
All participants are considered valued members, treated with respect and given fair opportunities. We encourage participation and recognize their contributions. We reject any behavior that is offensive to team members.
We aim for continuous improvement for ourselves, the athletes, the teams and the club.
We work hard, always giving our best, without resting on our laurels or being disappointed by failures.
We believe that daily improvement leads to long-term success.
We reject temporary success that is not in line with our values.
